Well it depends on if your wanting to be a Mod on the Forums or a PGM... Might want to specify which one in your OP. Other wise as far a mod on forums
goes for all forums i would assume, dedicated member whose there to answer player's questions about any topic and what not and who is also respected as a member of the community other then that, That's what it should take. And for PGM's they are recruiting PGM's in a thread on the forums if you haven't already checked it out to see what their looking for as far as requirements. 1k coupons, quite... cheap nice.
