Nobody has got it here, or CN as far as I know. I think it's just for a tease.

I know many according to Azrial on CN spent a lot of money.

I spent maybe around $1,000 when Toshiro was the prize last time, and I never got it. Dunno if anyone spent more than me on it, but I never got it even once.

If he was given for free after what I spent on him, I'd be flying to China to a certain office and bash some faces in.

Which is funny in a way considering I don't use him anymore.

when the partner upgrade patch comes, his vg form should  be obtainable for free but I dunno

don't forget the chopsticks to put up the nostrils
