Dmg, i dont know but if you mean strength then its 126841 main crit 84% hp 674135
speed 165604 ( the whole aizen team has more speed than this, I was attacking later, i am too slow)
And no the skill is 10th last one. You have to deal dmg to all so need attack all skill.
Tactic was to survive with retsu and deal dmg with main + yama.
