He IS probably the strongestf2p player in the whole game tbh :p
And that's saying something^^
His ign is Kunpachi and i can't remember his server, i'm looking for it right now.
Last i looked was a long time ago and his bp was at that time 780k on his Byakuya and now i know for a fact that its above 1m bp on that one Byakuya. xD
His current level im not sure of, he should be around 130-140 though :)

But for his other partners, he is working on them now ^^

I think Shutara's Shop may help all players to get exclusive fragments easily. :D
