I Think PVE or PVP shinso gin stay better than kisuke, same in red i dont think kisuke can beat him ...
Yeah, a loot of people understimate ''base stats'' a tavern partner with lets say 80/160 base and 6 growth will never catch up with partner that has 2500/7200 base and 4 gworth.
But overall i dont mind red-tavern for VG - cuz im sick of farming Noza second form, Ichibe is not worth it and Kukaku/TSI is just to expensive for me.

I'm gonna say Shinso will still be better, however nobody can say for sure at this point, but Shinso probably wins here

Yearh, it's sure.
Shinso Gin can't have 100% crit, unlike Urahara. I'd rather have 100% crit than 96%, even if the 96% one do a little bit more dmg.
And I thnk you are the one who overestimate the base state.
Yeah sure, with low lvl, 1380 more wisdom is huge. But later it's nothing.
With a better growth rate, those 1380 wisdom will be reduced further and further each time you lvl up.
Even if it wasn't much, 1380 wisdom is only 0,5% more at lvl 140 with crappy lvl 90 orange stuff.
And with the buff to Damage rate of Red Urahara, it's waaaaay better than a 0.5% increase of wisdom ...
