Reincarnation : Insta-kill questions

How does it work ?
Is worth it ?
What is the percentage per lv ?
Does it work on ES/Ryokas ?

In "Reincarnation Bonus Effects" you have percentages of every effect per reincarnation lvl. I think the way it works is rather clear, it just let you kill your enemy in one-hit (pretty OP so you need to have at least 3 lvl of reincarnation and chance for this effect is always low) and i doubt it works in PvE. That would be way too broken:D
