Cool Quest bug

I did the quest Equipment Collection and it wants you to get purple items to level 30. Well I did that and it still says I have 0/6 items at level 30. Is this a bug or am I just doing something wrong? The game says these items are purple

The Items from the picture are level 1 magenta Items.
