Most US Servers are down

I've seen tons of people saying that their server is down and have experienced this myself.
I would just like to say that I'm sure that the GoGames Staff is trying hard to resolve this problem, and will more than likely notify us about the problem in the future.
I've seen arguments break out on the forums and have constructed this in an attempt to calm everyone. I'm sure it will resolved in time, but we must be patient and see what happens.

I think that sums it up pretty easily. The reason people are arguing, is because Gogames fails the basic concept of 'customer support.' One important thing to do, when their is pretty much a huge failure in almost all the servers, is to get the community in the loop. Tell us the trouble, if possible, tell us how long you think it'll take. Tell us about compensations. Let us vote on possible comps. From getting a big boost to all players affected by the down server in the next event. Like say it's UBP, everyone affected gets like a free 5000Crystals. Ultimate Weapon right now. A voucher for a free set. For the wheel, 10 free spins on the Gold Side. an assload of coupons (enough to buy stone pack lvl 4.) Hell, give me a voucher for a free tavern partner, or 100+ Hogyoku Souls or 500+ Challenge Stones.
ok i understan tht sometimes shit happens... n maybe the support is tryin their best to rectify the problem...
but at least... they can come in forum or make an announcement n let us know of the problem...
so at least ppl will be more calm... n know wat to expect...

i dun think it takes them more than 5 mins to post this up on an announcement of in the forum tho...
at least somethin... some effort shown tht they r doin somethin...
i ve been playin online games since a long time ago... n alwiz... i see support doin this...
the onli time when support doesnt is... maybe they hav abandon the game n do not care about it
anymore... which i ve exp in 1 of the game... bcoz tht game was exploited to the max...
n thus the game support or dev left it there as it is wit the players inside n rot... till it someday shuts down...

When you have 2 people in charge of a game, this is the result you get
well 2 people in charge of the dept... maybe...
most probably they r underpaid... thts normally wat u get
n ur staff will not care much ... they just goes in... punch card... n then wait to punch out...
everythin is movin on a very slow........ slow........... speed....
seen tht a lot of times...
in all these years... i know about 3 - 4game companies here...
n i ve seen n know y they shut down... n i ve seen some shit goin on too...
