The service is not being provided. Perhaps they can offer some sort of help. It's a long shot, but at this point, I think it's even more of a long shot that this service is ever going to work as it is supposed to. I had been playing for 3 weeks in server 73, spent $200 on this (not a lot compare to others).
Decide not to spend any more money, b/c of their shitty game quality.
I will top up more if their game environment is good.
