What? lol It's gives a bigger dmg/spd buff to assaulters and supports than Kazeshini, and on use, gives assaulters another 18% dmg AND 18% spd buff. That's pretty huge. i believe that achievement has a translation issue or is broke. I currently have 7 bankai class zanpakuto's and 2 of them are hogyoku kai class. in the achievement info it says i only have 2 / 15 at the required level. regarding the events thing, im hoping for another week or two before they do the vit event.
