wings destroys tavern byaukua in pvp and pve, as does Shura (only in pvp vs stacked vangs if i'm honest) but in pve, Shura is leagues ahead of tav byaukua

byaukua is a great assaulter for sure, but either wings or shura are by far better...  maybe less adaptive, but both far stronger

Tavern Byakuya is the better choice if you're looking to stack him and not bother with anything else.
If you're gonna go the sensible way, Hakuteiken Byakuya is the better one for Pvp and Shura for Pve.
You should know why I say "stack" tavern byakuya(because of his exclusive skill).
