Wait, so they're banning people from topping up because they are getting their money back through paypal? I'm surprised they just haven't discontinued with paypal. Still, its easier to ban than to question the design of your game and ask why people are becoming frustrated.

we have a dude idk maybe it's a bank, and another two quite banks themselves, all 100% fury start they have the 13th division zanpakto and one of them has barely all the previous partners released in events, so no competition here, they fight for top 3 we the others fight for the rest;

As a comparaison it's like la liga in spain you have Fc BArcelona and Real Madrid then the  rest

hehehehehe one is on my guild so it's party time in the guild when he decides to do events and we call him aizen since we're arrancar; the 2 others are at shini clan same guild, the bank is in shini clan btw
