lv80 socket stones for the new equipment

Quik question can someone tell me if i can use the lv70 sockets stones from soul cultivation on the level 60 new equimpent sets from shutara's shop. Our do i need universel socket stones for that?

I think someone already asked xouple of days ago and it wasn't answered. I'd like to know as well. Cuz now that amount of socket stones that you get from SC makes sense. It'd be great if we could :)

guessing based on this you'd have to get the right stone (level equivalent) for the higher sets like dark? would we just go off the lvl requirement to know which ones?
