World Map not Loading

Its almost been two weeks and My world map isn't Loading.When I click on a word/sentence of a mission, my character goes to the portal and then the loading of the world map stops at 50% (2/2) ,The players in the background keep moving and after a while the game freezes.I tried clearing my cache and deleting my cookies but it still didn't work. please help...Thanks.

Try using torch browser.
