Edited by DarthVille at 2014-11-18 16:21will work like this , first you go http://www.speedtest.net and go with "Begin Test" this will test you speed available only in your country on a recommended server
ex :

this is called internal speed
next for you external speed test, if you play from Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia you will go and take the test with New York server, if you play from USA, you will go and take the test with London server
