Yes, I've cleared the other Nightmares as well although I could not give you specific instruction on how to complete the stages before the final stage. You just have to give it a try. Sometimes, it's not about BP. It's about the equipment and partners you have to meet the requirements.
However, I would say CoM 2 by far had the hardest final stage to clear. It's probably broken because Byakuya is supposed to be immune to stun from his aura but is not. mayuri1177 replied at 2016-12-9 16:35 static/image/common/back.gif

I think CoM 2 Nightmare on a daily basis might be slightly impractical (although possibly still viable idk), so it is my intention to try Inferno.

Yeah, it's kind of annoying. I've been doing Hard everyday up until now, myself.
The only reason I do it is because I roughly have the routine down, given a few tweaks here and there to account for the buffs.
