i only topped up 10$ today and nobody else has topped up that i know of and i got the middle picture of sode no shirayuki and claimed the prize does the whole server can claim it or no

It's based on people who top up in your realm, and you need to claim at least tobiume (that's mean 5$ top up) in order to claim sode

As it vaguely suggests at the top, you must collect at least 1 zanpakuto to be able to claim the giftpack.
