What is req to bond Shinso-Gin with Ruymon Ikkaku?

Ps: Problem solved, was either in that zanpakuto dealt dmg or because gin dealt 0% dmg - removed zan and did put some gear on gin so he attack first.
all bonds should be done without zanpacto
