I flexuate in my serer between 8-4 and all i'm really lacking is a zampuko  I really want senbonzakura, any events that are cheaper than the other?

actually u can get Senbonzakura for free from UBP,all it takes is a lot of patience thats all.

Yup definetly Spirit stones are a must,but if ur an F2p or a low vip than saving vit to get some good Partner or Zanpakutou is great to complete ur formation.
