Does 8th skill gives main combo, or is gives ass? It says increase own combo, but I heard that actualy it gives ass at the bottom.

it is never below,regardless if it is from main  or others chars combo is always ascending, that's why the order of character is important if you want to use combo

The comboing cycles in ascending order. It's only below if the main is at the top of the middle row. The combo will go around to the first person in the row.
