Does death skills trigger enemy passive "When being attacked, " ?

Death skills generally ignore almost everything, I think, but I've never tested that in particular when it deals damage.

Yeah I am not sure whether the agressive death skills like B Renji, Handsome Toshi, Shy Nemu  are considered an attack in then proc the passive "When being attacked", although since Handsome and shy Nemu don't deal damage with their death skills I'd guess then maybe not?

What really bugs me is  this scenario:

Handsome/Nemu dies and cast death mod , let's say there is Hash or Kokuto on the enemy side will they do "When being attacked, restore ally's total HP by 20%" (Hash) "When being attacked, generate shield for 2 allies for 1 round, growth rate is 50%"  (Koku) ?

OK I did some testing with B-Renji, his damage death mod don't trigger Kokuto's passive  "When being attacked, generate shield for 2 allies for 1 round, growth rate is 50%"  so I think it's safe to say debuff death mods won't either.
