didn't receive the gold i bought

i bought for 20$ of gold and i didn't receive it can i get help please

have the same problem after i top up 20 dollar i didnt get my 800 gold
so i thought when i top up again i will maybe get my gold
i top up 5 dollar and got only 200gold :S
