If you have Hyorinmaru, go for Noza without a question. Then get Grimmjow and Ulquirra for bonds.

Yeah unfortunately :( Ichibe has the highest hp in the game but thats all. Nothing about him is great.

Noza on the other hand is one of the best VG along with Kukaku and TSI. Especially if you can stack him, he will be your first love.

Replace him with only Noza - the 2nd form- Btw try not to upgrade your Ichibe meanwhile. Spend your resources on Noza ;)
