Since you dont have Oetsu or Senjumaru, go for Hiki and make her T1.
You will have the best PvP outcome.. I'm a vang man, and Ichebe is an outstanding vang, hiki will do better in PVE, Oetsu and senju would both be nice in PVP, but you already have decent supports, and decent assaulters, now you need a #godvang, and I've never seen a GodIchebe, get him and make him shine!! Whats your zanpakuto? Dont be another a lamer with Hiki. Go Senju or Oetsu. Senju is better allrounder, while Oetsu is better vs stacked characters.

At the time, I did not have the resources to catch up with Kosmo's Ichibe.
This was pre-Inherit days, mind you. Kosmo legit bought fragments for his Ichibe. Me modding an Ichibe to his final defense mod wasn't going to happen without Accel Modify (which I missed for him). Then Kukaku got released with new Accel Modify potential, so guess how that went. Solely thinking in ways to help your PvE, I would get Hikifune.
Because I wouldn't bother getting these for PvP anymore aside from Oetsu.
