Final Getsuga Tensho O.O

So, finaly the CN servs release the first Red cash char ( the 2nd red, first one was Aizen final hogyoku fusion) and its Final Getsuga Tensho, like my other posts dunno CN so its his data + Skill Preview in CN (Sorry) he was released today in some kind of Hallowen event but dunno why, i try to search but today An Lushan Rebelion Day, maybe that?? anyway he cost 34k fishes (yep like hallowen candies) so here is.

dunno, maybe yesterday but i didnt notice about that, atm no event related with Senbonsakura so dunno
