No they aren't spying and as if they would care if we think it's next.
There is a lot of events in between UBP's, it's just the schedule. It's not a set schedule where UBP has to pop up at a certain time, or once per month. For one, the titles are still active from the last UBP, it would be silly to have it again when the titles are still up.

and the worst thing is: they can make X-mas ichigo the main prize of UBP why?? because were close to X-mas............. damn that can be trololololol (im against that im saving vit for zangetsu :L but that can be trolling at high lv :lol)

I figure Christmas Ichigo will be the reward for the Christmas event, not UBP. He's not that great to put into UBP.
