Nobody said anything about TSI, I was talking about Hollow Ichi... and IMO, if TSI didn't have that regen mod, I'd say Noza is every bit on par with TSI... but then again, that's my opinion, when you include in TSI's regen mod, he IS better... but Noza is $$$$$ cheaper... so that's something to look at too
