Question about new-year event.

The last bracket where it says: spend 300 to get free normal chance and spend 1500 to get free super chance.
Does it mean i can get super fury, t12 hogu or t10 stone for just 1500 spend?

you have to choose 3 rewards and pay for them, after that you get credits based on what you payed which you can exchange for the bags on 2nd tab  
300 credits = normal gift
1500 = super gift
