If you really mean the max bonus of lvl 11 evolution then you can click the name of each partner there and look at their evo in that link, but if you want to know their base stats and growth rate after improving to red name, I dont know anywhere well if we wants to know the growth rates after upgrading travern partners, he can easily calculate them him self by just double the growth rates (full upgrade) chiko88soem replied at 2017-1-31 23:03 static/image/common/back.gif

I didnt know that fully upgraded they were just doubled :P
