I mean after my main character has reincarnated and my other partners have not.

I know, no matter what they won't be able to get over your main's pre-reincarnation lvl, it means the first one to achieve lvl 120 must be your main:D

Oh, that sucks. I'll wait until then to reincarnate then, don't wanna take even longer getting Noz ...
Well, I guess that most people should hit 120 lvl even with reincarnation before getting enough kenpachi's coupons, but even so unless you are top 1 in your csb it may be worth to consider not reincarnating at all for ToT, although this decision has its disadvantages too.
