Mod Stacking
Do mod's like the one listed above stack? For example if I get three characters with that mod does it decrease the enemy's overall Kido Attack by 60%?

They're in-game passives without actually adding any visual debuffs so it should work, but don't take my word for it, i'm just using a bit of logic as of now :S That would be helpful against all these support blitzing one shot aoe teams.
