Ultimate equipment
How good are the ultimate equipments? someone told me that a lvl 60 ultimate equipment fully infused is as good as a lvl 80 normal spirit forged + fully infused, is that true?and if thats the case, is it the same with lvl 80, 90, 100 etc?
