This is what I did with my Shinso and it helped me beat people who were a lot higher battle power than I was.

I unlocked his exclusive which let's him cast chaos on enemy assaulters and silence on enemy supports for 1 round plus restores his own fury by 30. I made it so where he would have the greatest possibility of skilling every round shutting down an enemy team which is way more reliable than stun. Plus I made him t1 and stacked his speed which meant as long as I was faster the match would be pretty much decided unless they had a super stacked vanguard or were outright faster and t1 with a special skill. Mind you this was before all the newer partners, shutara shop, red tavern, and mods and characters that better defend against chaos and silence.
As for the team I had Sexy Yoruichi, T1 Kiskue, and Noza Kenpachi. This was them at their max potential
Sexy Yoruichi for her to get him some more fury I also put fury stones on her so Kiskue would make her T1
Kiskue for the obvious reason for him to distribute fury to everybody to T1
Noza for him to shutdown vanguards and deal with tanky vans and for a possibility for him to give the 100% fury to Shinso
Main I had him use the 100% combo skill to give yoruichi an extra possibility for her to skill and give fury to shinso
Zanpaktou I used hyronmaru for Noza and the speed buff it gave shinso
Just an idea I had when formulating strategy against T1 aoe's that would wipe your team out. Really useful against all those stacked yama's that came about as a result of soul cultivation. Plus it turns a team's strength against itself. If they had a tanky vangaurd and assaulters that hit hard those assaulters would really knock dent's in their vans. Plus Shinso would be strong enough to provide clean up. Plus the team is good for PVE another reason I formulated it because I was tired of swapping things in and out. All I would have to do is take Shinso's exclusive off and I was ready for PVP. Admittingly it does rely on "extra rounds" which would be godsends and if your characters ability to hit and crit to determine the amount of fury that would be distrubuted to ensure he uses his skill every round.
Not even top 10 in BP rankings lol
If everyone played I would be 5th or 6th in arena

pvp my Noza is my killer, and I don't see damage rate on Shinso helping there... for PVE, the bonus would be there, and it may well be the better choice, but I'm still going stun rate for the lulz, XD
in fact, my Noza is my biggest fear with a B Rukia UBP... if all my rivals got her, or even several that use Hikifune got her, I'd probably be forced to rebuild my team around someone other than Noza... change my zan from Hyorin as well... at that point i'd hope for a Tensa UBP so my other partners could be viable

Yes that was my endgame goal on that account to be a status inflicting nightmare lol
Sadly I retired that account after go games put out shutara shop lol so I don't do anything else on it. :'(
