depending on the event, him can range anywhere from 2000 gold to 20k+ gold, really just gotta get lucky for when him pops up

Cheapest Ryukin Jakka was going for 40k gold during Christmas, all the events after Christmas that Ryujin Jakka appeared have all been 60k gold flat on spending.And cheapest zanpakutos are the free ones you get by lvling up =D
