I've betted coupons in ToT and the battles have already happened (so i should be able to get reward) but im not able to, and im sure i won the bet

Our last ToT has been bugged too, no bet rewards and in some reports, players are different from the ones in ToT. And last but not least, we havent recieved ToT rewards. US 412.

And we (at least not in my server) havent received the compensation reward that we were supposed to get from the time the servers went down (2017-02-03 if I remember correctly)

They give it in mails if you haven't claimed them before the new ToT is starting

I know, normally I get everything in mail but not the last 2 times. It got bugged out after something that seemed like a realm merge, since new names showed up for void region, but were gone in the next void.
