if u already worked on TSI keep him, and TSI isnt a bad van, would be a waste of money to buy another vanguard

i would keep TSI, even though, Sexy Kukaku has higher growth rate and stats.
TSI has better skill and growth rate dmg, x2.05 more dmg on skill and his exclusive skill makes him able to use skill every turn with that 100 Self-Fury.
Sexy Kukaku is better at raw defense and do what a VG is suppose to do, which is survive the battle, she plays the best with Ryujin Jakka since she's prompt to survive more then 4 turns for a RJ burn+multilate auto-win in PVP. Unless your opponent has a B. Rukia which changes the entire need for a VG all together.
