easy go to home>gf icon(the one that have chibi Inoue)>all gf>and put the cursor on the gf you wanna know the requeriments to upgrade (and that are the requeriments to get the next lv gf :lol)

Manor is part of the requirement for the gf Miki, so yes, in that pic it does have to be.
