Guild Question

Does some one know what would have happened
if I would leave a for exsample 8 guild with all those lvl 8 camp extra stats
and create a new guild .. I know I would keep my stats
but would I gain new stats from lvling the new guild and lvl 1 and lvl 2 and so one
extra stats from the new camp guild ?
