His stats are better than noza's, his mods are better and in general, he is just better than noza.
Though if you already have a really strong noza i would not go for him and just keep your noza as is.
The reason for this is that it takes time and effort to bunild a partner and Ichibe is a strong partner that takes time to build up to a solid wall.

So yea, if you have a stacked Noza already, keep him.
If you have another weaker vanguard, I would recommend going for him.
Even if you have Shura Kenpachi but not Nozarashi yet i would recommend going for Ichibe.

IMO depends how you are going to use it, if you aren't stacking vanguard and you need only deffense wall and if possible some sort of team player then ichibei will be better for you. But if you are stacking vanguard then noza will be stronger, especially when you unlock his exclusive skill (what gonna take a lot of time but fact that in end result noza stomps ichibei is quite a big advantage).:D Also take in account that while noza takes a lot of time to get he doesn't really consume too many valuable resources while ichibei will take a lot of vit (and quality of partners in ubp is lately really good) so you may want to stack that vit for something better:P

Noza is offensive and ichibe is defensive.

I think noza-lovers have forgotten something, noza needs so much stones and hyorinmaru to be a offensive wall

You don't need hyorin. Any 0% dmg reduction zan will do. For noza you just need to get his block up and yes any dmg dealer you should put good stones on. His dmg comes from his fury attack and his blocks

well, anyone who want to stack vanguard should IMO use zan like hyorin or senbon (unless he can afford top-tier zan like RJ of course)+hyorin is pretty cheap in ultra hero so everyone who can get noza should also be able to buy hyorin

hyorinmaru yes, stones not. people need lvl 12 stamina and block and same srt to have a monster noza. players with hyorinmaru should have a fast aoe supporter. anyway there is always a risk about stacking

Now that's a little exaggeration, of course that it would be best to have lvl 12 stamina stones but it's not like noza needs them more than any other vanguard, to make character real monster you obviously want to give them best quality items but they still can be great without having everything maxed out, same goes also to supporters and assaulters, saying that noza can be monster only with 12 lvl stamina stones is like saying that raijin yoru can be only fast with 12lvl agility stones.
Also while it can be useful to have fast aoe supporter it isn't must to have for vanguard stackers, after all most of their power lies in their vanguard:victory: and often rest of their team is mainly for PvE. And yeah, there is always a risk in creating your team since meta can always change and partners can become outdated but there isn't more risk in stacking than in splitting everything equal between partners. Actually, stacking is in most cases a lot better for PvP than trying to make balanced team:D
