I have some problems.

1- I was getting top up gold yesterday but i didn't know when If i click to chest, i will recieve award. I learned today when i used Reiro's Demand.
2- I used Grand Gift Pack but i didn't gain Epic EXP Scroll*5.

Please Could you check out this problems?

you only get the present reward from topping up. demand is the X amount of gold used.
