Event Zabimaru Renji vs Tavern Kenpachi Zaraki

Event Zabimaru Renji
Talent: Increase 15% strength, with additional 7% damage rate.
Skill: Attack enemy vanguard, amp 300%, decrease enemy's vanguard 25% block and 10% def (three turns), recover self fury 25.
Tavern Kenpachi Zaraki
Talent: Increase strength by certain percentage
Skill: Attack enemy vanguard, amp 300%, increase allies assaulter block rate by 10%
since renji recovers self fury by 25, if paired with kisuke and rukia,;
normal fury he would get is 25+30 = 55
crit fury he would get 37+45=82
if kisuke crits, 37+30=60
if rukia crits, 25+45=70
so there is one chance that if they both crit, renji will get skill attack.
now that alone is not enough to go for zabimaru renji vs kenpachi.
base skill, zabimaru renji has 7% damage rate vs 0% for kenpachi, hence renji wins that round.
partner mod attributes renji vs kenpachi
increase HP 6% vs 8%
increase atk 8% vs 8%
increase dmg rate 10% vs 8%
increase hit rate 0% vs 10%
increase def 8% vs 0%
increase block 12% vs 0%
immune to forbid skills NO vs YES
immune to deducting fury YES vs NO
the final mod of renji looks cool too. can be used in pvp too i believe. i think renji wins here, unless i am missing something here

Out of these 2 Renji for sure.
But looking beyond that, Renji vs Ishida is my concern.
10% defense decrease is nice but is it good enough to keep this guy forever when there are chars with much higher base str?
EDIT: then there's the second part, is this guy worth spending money on or will he be in UBP in a few months?

Anyway in term of stats renji wins by a minor victory not the op partner we're all waiting for but he's good enough to have specially in early stages, wich is not the case for me.
Anyway renji reminds me a lot more of an upgrade ikkaku than zaraki with stats and skills self regeneration;
As of some simulation of gold; i have 5 tokens and with some simulations i'll need 20 more tries,
i have 5 free chances + 3 if i top up 300= 16 chances in 2 days = 3840 gold
+ 3 other paid tries = 3*50 = 150 + 60*4 = 390

anyways ppl would recruit kenpachi and replace him with ishida later maybe, but 90 to 110 lvl takes a lot of time i believe.
so isn't he better than kenpachi for pve atleast?

He's definitely better than Ikkaku and Kenpachi in both PVE and PVP.
He's probably the best PVE character you can get till level 110 (or maybe beyond, not sure yet) We got 2nd season of CSB and a lot of ppl woud have shura Ken-chan.
