i ve become 4th rank captain about 4 times already :P
everyday i get to upgrade again though ive upgraded...
ranks are bugged

İt is not bugged everydat it takes your 5k prestige and if ur prest lower than it your rank falls

when i say its bugged i mean i become 4th captain and the next time i log in im 4th lieutenant

It is not bugged. 4th capt will deduct 5k prestige each day, when you have lower than 5k prestige left, your rank will go down.
