Why should I take this in the wrong way? This is just a discussion about fury. xD
But I am not agree at all with you, cuz you will need always that your assaulters do one normal attack.
Let's try to count it:
First scenario: Rukia and Urahara attack first or last.
1st Round:
All partners in the party have to do 1 attack to fill it up. +100 fury.
2nd Round:
* Assaulters faster than support
Assaulters use special attack (skill) fury got 0.
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters.
* Support faster than assaulters
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters. Assaulters got 155 fury.
Assaulters use special attack (155 fury). They got 0 fury.
3er Round.
* Assaulters faster than support
Assaulters use normal attack. They will get 50 fury.
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters. At this point Assaulters are ready to use Special attack for next round.
* Support faster than assaulters
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters. Assaulters got 55 fury.
Assaulters use normal attack . They got 105 fury. Ready for next round.
4th Round.
* Assaulters faster than support
Assaulters use special attack (skill) fury got 0.
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters.
* Support faster than assaulters
Supporters use special attack (skill) they recovery 100 Fury and gives in normal 55 fury to assaulters. Assaulters got 155 fury.
Assaulters use special attack (155 fury). They got 0 fury.
And keep going.
2nd Scenario, considering Ikkaku recovery and crit fury from supporters on him. The only difference will be that he won't need to do one attack as long as I said that the support team give him max fury.
So as I said, they will need atleast to do 1 normal attack to their next special attack. Meanwhile Ukitake does 190% growth rate. :D

i never really had that problem when i used them.
1st round : full team does first attack
2nd round : full team specials
3rd round : full team specials
4th round full team specials and so on till death.
that was with uruhara, rukia, ken, ikkaku and main as my ryoka / spirits team.
only reason it was working like that was due to the order of attack that i followed, uruhara, rukia, main then rest. even though i followed that i noticed that there are some issues as previously mentioned lack of speed = loss in pvp ranking.
you also hit a brick wall with rukia which is a pain in the rear considering you cant upgrade her to be a gold character so that she wont be stuck using purple treasures while the rest of the team is using gold, unless you get dark rukia but upgrading her modifications will be a pain too.

Are you really watching the whole fight? cuz it is technically impossible to do that as long as your assaulters have a high level crit stones + Triple Crown Tittle.
Honestly, I did test that with a friend account and it not happened as you say.
You can't bypass the fury fill with normal attacks. Because the max fury you can get from supports is 82, still you will need 18 fury.
At next Ryokas watch out it carefully, and maybe you will notice that they don't always do special one.

that was a while ago and it was most likely cos of the triple crown title. I dont really get much chance to watch the matches as they play out anymore due to skip battle and if i dont then i miss 1-2 waves until wave 52. I can enjoy watching the matches more in evil spirits due to the long respawn times. Also im using a different team now than the one i used previously with a strong focus on uruhara / isshin and rukia being the slowest till i can be bothered to replace her.

Also I can ensure you that at event you should use your fury partner at last.

ok, ty, i just got kisuke today, i need 1000 reishi more for ikkaku, can someone tell me how much that will cost me?
Agree, that adjusting speed is a pain. I usually spend almost 10 minutes before the event to adjust everything perfectly and then I have to put everything back to be ready for some pvp which is also a pain because i am using different assaulters and supports for pve and pvp for the most part. We need some equipment manager like in wow or something because this is seriously tiring me out...
Well it will cost you quite a bit, depends on luck. You will probably need around 50-60mil to get reishi for the partner himself and then additional few hundred reishi for exp scrolls to lvl him up.
So i would say be ready to save up over 70 mil..

3 mill silver = 35 gold reishi average
1000/35 = 28
28* 3mill = 85 mill silver average
60-70m for me in 1000 gold reishi in manual janken
i dunno why u pick kisuke first
it'll be hard for you to get silvers..
i didint want ppl to use their skills on my assulters, since im running 1-3-1, so i got kisuke to make it 1-2-2 so I dont die that fast
