It is just amazing, that it takes them friggin 24 hours for a maintenance.

It isn't maintenance, they are merging several different platforms to make one global one. (German, French, Spanish & English servers are merging)

wait...  is that true?    lol  so like in real life, the US is separate AND still strongest in the world, hahaha
