Ah right, well he's a great partner to have so you're set there ^^
Since Koga is an extremely good Assaulter, i wouldn't be surprised to see him not appear for a VERY long time. Overall he's better than most Assaulters, actually one of the best you can buy atm! So him appearing in UBP is quite the low chance ^^
If Koga were to be considered in UBP, then I wouldn't expect to start seeing him until much later in this year ^^
Since we hit quite the peak in what would be considered 'good' for UBP (Ichibae), you can expect them to backtrack once more in UBP, so a possible re-appearance of B.Renji can be expected, he's more likely to come first ^^ :)
