Hello,I am level 40 but I can not find out how to enter Alliance War and where to find Alliance War Honor Shop. Can someone please help me?

i dont get it they should add these things then add new servers , they just focus on creating servers :@ ...that's just how these Chinese based games are...sigh... Maybe we will get it in a future update just be patient if they have time for make new servers why they dont have time to make upgrade to COMRADE CONTRACT ALLIANCE WAR SHOP?? or only thing about make money from recharge?? for me first position i thing its make game where everythings working for get more players who will be recharge for game .. not first make servers where amlost everythings dont worked ... in chine server they have ( its only a suggestion ) version 10 here its version BETA .. 0.0.0.0 ... It has been said on multiple threads it takes time to translate and incorporate into the game i going out on a limb here but i bet they only get certain amount of updates from the chinese version so they release what they can you wouldn't want all updates at once and not know what's going on so chill these people have to paid as well they won't do this job for free at least i wouldn't it is a horrible enough job as is and then add all the whiny players in yeah no thanks. Guys dont forget that this is BETA version of game. That means it is still in development. IM IN US39 I CANT JOIN TO ALLIANCE WAR NOBODY JOINS TO MO :'(:( Guys im Lvl 41 with 21050 of battle power why cant i win one single battle at Alliance war and plus on all that my damange there is 5/10 wtf can someone explain what should i do ???? PLEASE
