I don't have another event vg other than soph rangiku and she isn't as good as my red starrk :p

cool :D It seem your gona pass 1m easily even without Hiki bond. Altrough if we go back to topic i still find Nemu overall better, more-over i think she's arguably best red supporter - especially for people that dont have that Katen combo.
Also, could you please tell what bonuses does does Zero-div characters get from tier3 fortify katen? There was a thread about it before, but for some reason i cannot find it for a while now.
