Tensa is quite the far fetched idea in UBP as of now so i won't try to count him at.
Unohana - I would try to replace that Unohana Kenpachi atm if that's your PVP, though she can be brilliant in PVP, she can be easily replaced with other supporters for PVP specific jobs, so a Shinso might be available for you. That's if ONLY you need that kind of "attack all" damage from a Wisdom ATK user AND the fury he gives. If you don't need any of these, don't go for him.
Mugetsu - Probably the best choice here if you actually KNOW you're going to get a Tensa in the future, his combo with Tensa is actually very useful and would make Mugetsu even more valuable than he already is. If price isn't an issue, then go ahead for him. He's your hard hitter and will be great for PVE and PVP. The guy's a flagship partner so he's great in EVERYTHING, and not just a few aspects like Koga.
Koga - High Speed and High Attack. And that's about it really, those are his main aspects that he's focused in. He also fortunately attacks all and provides CC for you against the enemy supports if they're ever your problem. In terms of raw damage in the PVP area, he would deal more damage than Mugetsu, and one of his death mods allow you to cause Mutilate to the entire team for 2 rounds, so you can build quite strategically with him compared to Mugetsu. And would fit your team with the "attack all" skill. He's considerably cheaper too if finance is a problem ^^
TL;DR - Best pick Mugetsu if you KNOW you're gonna get Tensa in the end, and that you have no problems with your supports that you're using now ^^ :) Zento-Hazashi replied at 2017-4-16 16:05 static/image/common/back.gif

even if I topped up 40k gold during ultra hero and only needed one assaulter, I'd take Koga over Mugetsu... Koga is faster, hits harder, skills every round with a fury builder and good crit... in fact, after looking at both, the ONLY 3 bonuses Mug has over Koga... better combo rate... like much better, he buffs support's combo rate (unless you run Senju or Tessai, which you don't), and he boosts block on all allies (unless that is translated wrong)... So, from here we can see that Koga will be faster than Mugetsu, and Mugetsu will be buffing all allies. It will be good if these two are in the same team. :D
