yea vip 6 and lower is low. Stark is very good on the offensive side of things. Still not quite Ichigo's or Sajin's level when it comes to defense tho. On thing that Incigo and Stark has that is really great is the regen of hp from skills.
I believe that with three assaulters Nnoitra is better, so much to PVP as to PVE

if you recruit Nnoitra it will be almost useless as it will die quickly and vanguard have to hold enemy attacks

What does i think of vanguard is this:
As we know that in our whole team (it does not only include me it includes everyone in game)Vanguard has best hp i mean highest. Almost 2 times if we check every character. There is only 3 ways this can go
1) Full defensive or the attack taker i mean check kommamura
2) Prevent damage to other characters like nnoitora gilga and hollow ichigo too
3) Offensive or damage dealer vanguard. you already know about it. shinji and starrk are examples of it
so as i said vanguard has most hp of all the team, So if we can make him offensive ( in other words i am talking about offensive vanguard like shinji starrk or for top up guys TSI) then he will last long and can deal more damage. its simple. if you can't make him offensive due to Spirit stones or any other reasons then second best option is to focus on your assulter if you want to because many of people are f2p so they more focus on assulters and if you use preventing damage vanguard, then they can last longer and can kill opponents faster. Many people use this technique of focusing on assulters but they use kommamura or defensive vanguard which has no point at all. because as the game is advancing , even lv 70 guys can attack other than the vanguard so its pointless to make a one man army vanguard i.e kommamura in this case. if you can survive him more, there is no point. Because if he can survive, he can only attack vanguard and doesnt have enough attack or kill him at all. yes he can make your team survive for first round but after that there is no benefit. Please dont say anything like " if your vanguard cant skill before their enemies , he is of no use so offensive vanguard needs speed". Come on ..... Kommamura needs speed too for his skill of 30% defence. Sorry i didnt said that before but this post is not for idiots or 8 years old kids. if you cant understand this and you are a kommamura lover plz leave it or challenge me if i am wrong. this has gone for long that " shall i get shinji or kommamura or hollow ichigo or starrk" blah blah
Sajin is one of the heavier tank in the game he is wall but nothing more :( he cant help at all your assaulter
Noitra from the other way he is utility tank cause he gives aid rate to your assaulters and that save asses, he has that anoying mod with stun proc from some reason is more than 20% believe it or not he has probably the most life in the vanguards ( i dont know about Noza). hes bond are really good 10% def and 13.8% block . and i saw his evolution(life... life everywhere). My opinion is to try Noitra he is good tank if you build him right and if you dont like him you can always switch to Kumamura. Also you need him for hollow ichi if you plan to take him but hollow ichi is not that good i think

lol id go with sajin because when you get farther in the game some ones team will be heavily damaged if not gone after skill round
so id go with sajin

Sajin is good for start i think but the game has changes we see asaulters with block rate i think we ll alot of wird combos from now on
I think true shikai ichigo is better but not sure
