Revive enchant heal

did they change to revive heal from giving health based on how many people u attack to just healing once even if u hit all? ex. shinji skill hits all i get 5x the heal rather than just 1 instance of heal

last time my shinji heals 25k at skill if he hits all in enemy team, now he only heals 5k,
